Strip springs

Strip springs are made from strips 0,2 mm to approx. 2,0 mm, depending on the provided blueprints or your drawings and samples. The input material is of high quality, hardened or hardenable strips and spring anticor (INOX). After the procedures in our company (perforation, cutting out, bending etc.), the springs are loosened or hardened with further loosening, depending on the required HRC.

We are also able to produce intricate shapes of the springs for development of your new products – in smaller quantities, or even in a single piece.

Surface of our products may be further enhanced, e.g. with zinc, chrome, plastic, blacken etc. Everything is up to requests of our customers.
